Skills Required

Age Limit
For New Candidates: Up to 25 years old (including any age-related relaxation) at the time of the last date for applying.
For Candidates with Experience: Up to 30 years old (including all age restraints) if they possess a current Cabin Crew Competency Certificate issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
Appearance & Physical Requirements
Good look: Elegant, bright and well-groomed.
Height Requirement:
Flight Steward: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches.
Air Hostess: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches.
The weight of a person is proportional to height according to BMI standards.
Marital Status
Only female applicants who are not married are eligible for application.
Language Proficiency
The ability to write and speak fluently in spoken and written English vck Urdu.
Any additional regional or foreign languages can be considered an added benefit.
Health Requirements
Eyesight must be perfect (contact lens users can be able to apply).
Candidates who wear spectacles or have skin conditions are not allowed to apply.

Selection Procedure
The candidates who qualify will be tested on the computer-based test (CBT) conducted by an independent testing agency.
Test results will be shown on the screen of the candidate shortly after the test has been completed.
Candidates who score 70 at or above during the test will be able to proceed to the grooming assessment and an interview.
The candidates selected for the interview will go through an extensive medical exam according to PIA policy.
Regional and provincial quotas, as well as regulations applicable to the m, will be observed.
